All general pricing guidelines are listed here. Each custom project might have unique costs associated with is but I will always give you a written quote for your project before work begins. If changes are required during the progress of the project, I will give you an additional quote for these services.
Website Pricing
Website Design & Creation
- average about $95 per page
This is an average price for a normal page that includes:
- the custom site design or style with a header graphic and navigation
- preparation of images and graphic elements for site
- your provided text content
- upload of website to web hosting
- search engine promotion
- 3 free minor content updates
Depending on your requirements this price might vary but, as always, you will be provided a quote before work begins. Domain Names
- $25 per domain name initial setup and first year

Note: Most hosting packages include a free domain name in their price.
Web Hosting
- $99 annually for Managed Hosting with Valerie Ayars Designs
- $59 hosting/domain name research and setup with another hosting provider
Example
A basic Website of 5 pages hosted by Valerie Ayars Designs will cost $574
$475for the site, and $99 for one year of hosting
Each subsequent year will cost $99 to maintain the hosting and domain name. Any desired content updates and changes are charged at the hourly rate.
Site Maintenance and Update
Keeping content fresh and up to date on your website is important, especially for businesses. Let me take care of your site maintenance and take the headache out of site updates!
- $35 per hour for changes to text content replacing existing images and updating links.
- $75 per hour for additions and other media content.
*Updates do not cover major site redesign or changes to place content as desired by the client. Nor do updates cover the repair of the site in the event the client or an agent of the client has damaged, deleted or added to the original site code. These services will be charged at the normal design rate of $75 per hour which covers major page design changes after final site approval.
Graphic & Print Design Pricing
Brand Your Company
Services include unique logo design and creating original documents for your business that include your logo and/or marketing slogan!
- $75 per hour for logo design and other graphic work
- $35 per hour for business document assembly
- $35 per hour for text editing or copywriting of document content
